Install the SFF drive cage assembly.

Connect the drive backplane cables:
a.
Connect the power cable to the backplane.
b.
Connect the Mini-SAS cables to the backplane and to a storage controller option.

Install the drives ("

).
CAUTION:
To prevent improper cooling and thermal damage, do not operate the server unless
all bays are populated with either a component or a blank.

Install the air baffle (on page

Install the access panel (on page

Install the tower bezel (on page

).
15.
Connect each power cord to the server.
