2. Disconnect the SD Card slot/infrared module cable

from

the LIF connector on the module.

The SD Card slot/infrared module cable is included with the
SD Card slot/infrared module. It is also included in the
Miscellaneous Cable Kit, spare part number 344851-001.

3. Remove the three PM2.5×8.0 screws

that secure the

module to the notebook.

4. Remove the module bezel

✎

The SD Card slot/infrared module bezel is included in the
Miscellaneous Plastics Kit, spare part number 344852-001.

5. Remove the module

Removing the SD Card Slot/Infrared Module

Reverse the above procedure to install the SD Card slot/infrared
module.
