Troubleshooting
Browser does not display the web interface
Possible Cause:
•
The web interface does not support Internet Explorer 8.0 on Windows 2008 Release 2.
•
The remote access settings are not configured.
•
The browser is connecting to the wrong URL.
Action:

Be sure that the web connection is enabled.

Be sure that the port number is correct. The default port number is 80 for HTTP and 443 for
