Disassembly Procedures

Removing and Replacing the Fresnel and Lenticular Assembly

1. Lay the mask and screen assembly flat on a protective pad, and remove the 20 Torx screws holding the

12 retaining brackets shown.

2. Once all the brackets have been removed, lift out the Fresnel and Lenticular Assembly.

CAUTION:

On reinstallation, be careful not to scratch or leave fingerprints on the Fresnel.

Note:

On reinstallation, make sure the Fresnel (circular pattern) faces inward.
