Reachability status of the portal authentication server:

—Portal authentication server detection is disabled. Reachability status
of the server is unknown.

—Portal authentication server detection is enabled. The server is
reachable.

Down
—Portal authentication server detection is enabled. The server is
unreachable.
Exclude-attribute
Attributes that are not carried in portal protocol packets sent to the portal
authentication server.
