Configuring the exception handling method
Configuration procedure
You can configure the device to handle system exceptions (such as system instruction faults, invalid
addresses, data overflow, null pointers, and division by zero operations) by using one of the following
methods:

Reboot
—The device automatically reboots to recover from the error condition.
•
Maintain
—The device stays in the error condition so you can collect complete data for diagnosis,
including error messages. You must manually reboot the device.
