Turn the Energy Select control to Off (Standby).

Return the instrument to storage.

Plug the power cord into an AC power outlet. Verify that the

and

lights are on.

Clean all paddles, controls, and cables as necessary. Refer to Chapter 8, Main-
taining the Defibrillator for information on cleaning the defibrillator.

Check that there are adequate recorder paper, electrolyte paste, and defibrillator
pads for the next use.
