Support screen
The Support screen (
) provides access to screens showing HP support information, service tasks,
contact information, and allows you to display the library time.

Performing an inventory
There are three ways to perform an inventory with the library OCP:

Powering on the library
•
Rebooting the library (

Opening and closing the front library doors (
Operations > Unlock Door
)
You must configure the library to use or not use bar code labels (
Configuration

Library Configuration

Configure Inventory Mode
). If bar code labels are not used, the inventory time may take as long as an
hour, and a cartridge in a slot is only known to the library as being full.
