7. TROUBLE SHOOTING
IMPORTANT
If something seems wrong with the unit, check for possible causes according
to the following instructions. If the problem still exists, immediately contact an
authorized Hoshizaki service company.
When contacting a service company, let them know the model name, serial
number, date of installation (see warranty card) and state of the trouble.
[a] TROUBLES WITH ERROR CODE INDICATION
When the display shows an error code, check and correct the problem according to the
table below.

(1) The drain lever is left open.
Close the drain lever and reset the error code.
(2) The drain lever is closed.
Immediately contact an authorized Hoshizaki service company.

Water Supply
(1) The drain lever is left open.
Close the drain lever and reset the error code.
(2) The water supply line shut-off valve is closed.
Open the valve and reset the error code.
(3) Low water.
Turn off the power switch. Check that the water supply is
restored. Turn on the power switch and reset the error code.

Switch
(1) The water level switch is defective.
Turn off the power switch and immediately contact an authorized
Hoshizaki service company.
