Adjust the depth guide wheels as close to the coulter discs as possible. How-
ever, they should contact the coulter discs too tightly.
Check: Lift and release the depth guide wheels. They must drop down by
their own weight.

1. To adjust turn screw (1) until the depth guide roller almost touches the coulter
disc.
2. Lock screw (1) with nut (2) ("counter").
Maintenance

Check the depth guide rollers every day for damage, free rotation and firm
seating.
Ø
The inner running face must touch the coulter discs. Adjust as required.
Ø
Lubricate the grease nipple every week, see chapter “Care and maintenance”.
Ø
Check the setting of the placement depth every day.
Scraper The depth guide rollers are equipped with scrapers to prevent blockage by soil.
Scrapers for depth guide rollers
1. Check scrapers for wear.
2. If necessary adjust the scrapers in their slots (distance from depth guide rollers
approx. 3-5 mm).
