Option Card Faults (ER5)
5.1.1
An Option card fault will cause the Inverter to Er5. Generally, an Option card fault is due to an
invalid configuration parameter or a DeviceNet
communications error. Option Function Code P00 (if
enabled) can be examined to determine the specific error.
101 - Invalid Id Fault
102 - Invalid Baud Selection
103 - Invalid Assembly or Loss-of-Network Selection
104 - Invalid Optional Status Parameter
105 - Invalid Optional Command 1 Parameter
106 - Invalid Option Command 2 Parameter
201 - Bus Power Fault
202 - No Bus Activity
203 - Duplicate Id Fault
204 - Bus Off Fault
205 - No Poll Connection Established
206 - Poll Connection time-out
5.2 DeviceNet
Message Errors
5.2.1
The following errors may be returned in a response frame generated by a request from a
DeviceNet
master. Generally, these responses will be limited to request made by a DeviceNet
configuration tool.
08h - Service Not Supported
Attempt to access unsupported service.
09h - Invalid Attribute Value
Attempt to write to a function code with an invalid data value.
10h - Device State Conflict
Attempt to write to a function code when an option card is in manual mode or to a
function code which is unable to be set while the Inverter is in Run mode.
0Eh - Attribute Unable to be Set
Attempt to write to a read-only attribute.
0Fh - Access Denied
Attempt to write to function code while function code access is set to “protected.”
14h - Attribute not Supported
Attempt to read or write to a non-existent object attribute
