9.1 Information

circulation to battery damage. Wait until charging has ended and Complete
is illuminated.
9.2 Warnings

power module Overheating of the charger and loss of charge current. Please review the
ventilation and ambient temperature with respect to proper use.
CHG_W002 ComWarningPowerModule Power module
communication fault Device may stop charging. Please notify the HOPPECKE service technician.
CHG_W003 ComWarningStatusBoard Status board
communication fault Device may stop charging. Please notify the HOPPECKE service technician.
CHG_W004 SDCardAlmostFull The SD card is 99 % full Device may stop charging. Please notify the HOPPECKE service technician.
CHG_W007 HardwarePowerModule-
Warning Power module
hardware fault N/A
CHG_W008 MissingSDCard No memory card available Defective memory card, charging continues as normal.
Although data will no longer be recorded.
CHG_W009 PowerLoss Loss of mains power One phase of the AC voltage supply is absent in the case of three-phase
devices. Please have an electrician inspect the mains supply.
CHG_W010 TemperatureBattery Battery interface reports:
Battery very hot (> 55 °C) The connected battery is no longer being used correctly and will wear out
and fail prematurely.
Please use a replacement battery.
CHG_W011 ElectrolyteWarning Battery interface reports:
Low electrolyte level at start
of charging The electrolyte level in the connected battery is too low and will lead to
direct, irreversible capacity loss.
Please fill with demineralised water.
CHG_W012 PlugWearWarning Warning of plug wear The configured threshold has been exceeded.
Replace plug and reset counter.
CHG_W013 TrakAirPressureHighWarning Pressure too high trak | air is deactivated. Check the pump.
CHG_W014 TrakAirPressureLowWarning Pressure too low trak | air is deactivated. Check the pump.
CHG_W015 TrakAirLeakageHighWarning After deactivating trak | air the
pressure alteration per time
is too high
Wait for 60 seconds. Check the pump.
CHG_W016 ComTrakCom Values outside of tolerance Restart the system.
