Check the sliding ring (1) for damage.
Replace it with a new one if necessary.
Replace the O‐ring (2) with a new one.

Slide the valve plate (1) onto the valve
shank all the way to the stop.
Important!
Make sure not to damage the O‐ring on
the valve shank or change its position.

Screw the locknut (1) all the way onto the
valve shank. While doing so, secure the
valve shank from above.

Take the support cage. Check the support
cage for damage. The upper sealing edge
must not have any scratches or dents. If
necessary, replace the support cage with a
new one.

Check the lower sealing lip for damage.
The lower sealing lip must not have any
scratches or dents. If necessary, replace the
support cage with a new one.
