Alarms Troubleshooting
Detector does not enter
alarm mode.
Alarm setpoint(s) are set
incorrectly.
Reset alarm setpoints. Refer to

Alarm setpoint(s) are set to
zero.
Reset alarm setpoints. Refer to

Detector requires calibration.
Calibrate the sensors. Refer to

Detector intermittently
enters alarm without any
apparent reason.
Ambient gas levels are near
alarm setpoint or the sensor is
exposed to a puff of the target
gas.
Detector is operating normally. Use caution in suspect areas. Check MAX
gas exposure reading.
Alarms setpoints are set
incorrectly.
Reset alarm setpoints. Refer to

Missing or faulty sensor.
