3 FDAP INSTALLATION

3.10.2

Wall or flat surface mounting

The wall mounting kit comprises a wall mounting plate and four screws as displayed in “Figure 6: Wall
mounting”. Both mounting plates fasten to four threaded bosses on the back of the

FDAP1/FDAP2

. The

FDAP1/FDAP2

should not be mounted on metallic walls because the integral antennas are too close to the wall

and causes RF propagation problems.
