IMPELLER CLEARANCE CHECK
Remove the inlet (page 10-5).
Measure the clearance between the impeller (1) and
volute case (2) using a feeler gauge (3).
If not, adjust clearance by adding or removing adjuster
shims (page 10-4).
PUMP INLET VALVE CHECK
Remove the bolts (1) and inlet (2).
Check the pump inlet valve (3) for damage or
contamination and replace if necessary.
IMPELLER CLEARANCE:
WT30XK4: 0.4 - 0.8 mm (0.016 - 0.031 in)
WT40XK3: 0.5 - 0.8 mm (0.020 - 0.031 in)
