CARBURETTOR ADJUSTMENT
For details of carburettor adjustment, please refer to the
engine manufacturer’s instructions supplied with your
main pipe assembly.
CAUTION
Adjustment of the carburettor is not usually necessary, since it
is adjusted to the optimum position when delivered from the
factory.
If the fuel mixture is adjusted extremely lean, it may cause
seizure of the engine.

ADJUSTING THE IDLING SPEED
If the engine tends to stop frequently at idle speed, turn
the adjusting screw clockwise.
It is normal for the engine to keep running without the
blade rotating when the throttle lever is released. If the
engine speed is too high or too low, readjust the idle set
screw.
NOTE
Warm up the engine before adjusting the idling speed.
