Scraper

The scraper on rear upper arm protects the rear arm, rear knuckle, and
also scrapers mud from inside the rear wheel rims.
The scraper wear will depend upon the severity of usage and riding
conditions. The scraper will wear faster in wet or muddy conditions.
Inspection
Check the scraper ( ) on the rear upper arm for cracks, damage, wear or
looseness at the intervals specified in the Maintenance Schedule.
If the scraper is cracked, damaged or the wear limit point ( ) is worn to
the wear indicator ( ), see your Honda dealer to have the scrapers
replaced.
Always inspect each scraper on both rear wheels.
