Using your tin snips cut the bottom side of the dry wall bead, then bend it into a
90 degree angle, and insert it under the blocks. At each row end, cut it again and
wrap the blocks. This will make a secure channel that the blocks will set in. You
can attach the overlapping bead with a screw and nut or a rivet if available. Also,
it is recommended to place cement bags on the blocks for extra weight.
Make sure the pole is perfectly level and plumb
and then continue with the
installation.
