red „Pump 2 Error“ lED
Blinking signal
If the alarm LED is blinking, the control system has detect-
ed multiple abnormally long pump cycles. Please notify
your customer service department!.
red „Alarm“ lED
•
Continuous signal
Lights up when the liquid level in the tank rises above the
alarm level. At the same time, the audible alarm will sound
if turned on. Any connected external alarm notification is
activated likewise. If the green „Operation“ LED lights up
simultaneously with the alarm LED, the pump is in oper-
ation but is temporarily failing to pump out a particularly
strong inflow quantity. In this case, wait until the inflow
quantity slows. The alarms will then switch off automat-
ically. If this does not occur, there is a malfunction in the
system. In this case, please call your customer service
department.
A HOMA ServCom controller for programming and obtain-
ing operating data is available as an accessory.
5.6. Direction of rotation
For 1Ph-motors, control of the direction of rotation is not
necessary as these always run in the correct direction of
rotation.
The direction of rotation must be checked in three phase
motors before commissioning. When using a HOMA
switchgear with LED for direction of rotation, this flashes
in the event of wrong direction of rotation.
In the event of wrong direction of rotation two phases
of the power supply must be interchanged. As standard,
the pumps are delivered with CEE power plugs. The in-
terchange of phases is carried out by 180° rotation of the
round holding plate on the poles of the plug with a screw
driver.
5.7. Power on / operation
Set the operating switch of the pump control to the
„auto“ position. As described in chapter 5.5.1. and 5.5.2.
the pumps will begin to work as soon as the water reach-
es the required level in the collecting tank. Upon reaching
the stop level, the pump switches off automatically. To
ensure trouble-free operation, a pump will be started up
for 7 seconds within 24 hours after the last pump cycle.
Sanistar individual systems
If the activation level in the tank is reached, the pump will
be put into operation until the liquid in the tank has sunk
to the stop level. When the liquid in the tank reaches the
alarm level an alarm is triggered, which remains active
until the liquid has fallen back below this level.
Sanistar / Sanistar PlUS twin systems
The switchgear distributes the operating hours to both
pumps by which the working order is changed after each
pump cycle. If the switch-on level 1 is reached in the
container, the first pump will be put into operation. If the
liquid level increases further to the switch-on level 2, the
second pump automatically switches on.
If the liquid level sinks, both pumps automat-
ically switch off. If both pumps are in oper-
ation and the fluid level exceeds the alarm
level, an alarm will be triggered, which remains active until
the liquid has fallen below this level.
