Push the sliding table (3) completely to the
right hand side.
Loosen the 4 screws on the table insert (4)
and remove the insert.
Fix the driving shaft by inserting the lever (5)
into the hole provided for this purpose on the
driving shaft behind the saw blade.
Turn the nut with a wrench (6) clockwise (left-
hand thread) to loosen it.
Remove the nut, washer, flange disc and the
old saw blade from the driving shaft.
Replace the old saw blade with a new one and
position it on the shaft.
Make sure that the new saw blade is undam-
aged and not dirty.
Replace the flange disc, washer and the nut.
Fix the drive shaft with the lever (5) and
tighten the nut with a wrench (6) counter
clockwise.
NOTE
Retighten the nut tightly (70Nm) to pre-
vent the nut from loosening during operation.
Replace the table insert (4) and retighten the
screws to hold it in place.
Refit the sliding table (3) back into the desired
position.
Fit the saw blade guard (1) on the riving
knife.

Assembly riving knife
The riving knife is dimensioned so that it is thick-
er than the saw blade in its width. This prevents
the teeth on the rear circumference of the saw
blade from touching the workpiece and causing
unintentional damage or ejection.
Attach the inner clamping plate (2) and outer
clamping plate (3) to the riving knife (1).
Fix the riving knife with the screw (4) and ad-
just the height of the riving knife.
NOTE:
The distance between the saw blade and
the riving knife must be within 3-8mm.
Then tighten the screw (4) (tightening
torque 30Nm).
NOTE:
This procedure should be repeated each
time the saw blade is replaced.
