 The connection must not be changed. If the plug does not fit or is defective, only a qualified
electrical engineer may modify or replace these!
 The connection shall be adequately protected!
 Make sure that the extension cord is in good condition and suitable for the transmission of
power. An undersized cord reduces the power transmission and heats up!
 A damaged cable must be replaced immediately!
Only a qualified electrician is authorized for the electrical connection, including the installation of the
supply part. This must be cut off before the electrical connection. Only when the main power supply
is cut off, each contact can be closed.
14.3.1 Ground connection

When working on an ungrounded machinee:

Machine must be grounded and be connected to a grounded outlet
14.3.2 Control
After connection to the power grid, it is necessary to check the direction of the saw blade. To do this,
start the engine briefly. If the blade rotates in the wrong direction, you have to fix the direction of two
cord ends.
14.4 Prior to the commissioning

Before any adjustments, the machine must be disconnected from the power supply to avoid
the risk of accidental switching on the machine!

Check that the set speed for the saw blade used is not too high.

Span only saw blades with a diameter of 254-315 mm.
14.4.1 Setting the riving knife
The riving knife is adjusted according to the size of the saw blade.

