TRANSPORT
W A R N I N G
Damaged or not sufficiently viable hoists and lifting devices can cause serious injury
or even death. Always check hoists and load lifting devices for adequate load-bearing
capacity and perfect condition, carefully fasten the loads and never keep them under
suspended loads.
Attach the lifting belts to the bottom of the forks and pay attention to a balanced weight
distribution.

Check scope of delivery
After delivery, check the machine immediately for transport damage and missing Parts.
15.2
Assembling the machine
The machine is pre-assembled only the tiller arm has to be assembled and the electrical connection with the control
Elements has to be established.

Zusammenbau Hub15Flex

Assembly of the tiller arm:
Align the holes of the tiller arm with the holes in the machine and connect
them with the bolts, see sketch.
2.
Remove the fixed spring safety pin:
Pull the handle down to the lowest position, remove the fixed spring safety
pin carefully.
