Operating BBM 35PNEU
Put the workpiece on the working table (A). To avoid sideward shifting of the workpiece,
use the side clamps (B).
Press the red switch (C) to supply the machine with power.
Press the foot pedal (D).
The three drills start turning and the pneumatic cylinder is pushing the drilling device (E)
down on the workpiece. Two pneumatic cylinders (F) are clamping the workpiece.
The operator of the machine has to watch out for crushing hazard due to the cylinders.
The foot pedal has to be pressed until the drilling device is stopped by the adjustment
screw.
After releasing the foot pedal, the cylinder is pushing the drilling device back to its
original position.
The drilling device is guided by guidance bars (G) and is equipped with a spring reset.
If the cylinder is not supplied with air pressure anymore, it returns back in its original
position.
