Put the metallic washer (A) between the
spring and the drilling gear.
Put the rubber washer (B) between the
drilling gear and the connection piece.

Put the machine back together.

Changing the drilling gear for BBM 35PNEU
1.
Loosen the pneumatic connections of the
main cylinder (A) and the two side cylinders
(B).
2.
Remove the cover (A) and the plate (B) on
which the end switch and the pneumatic
valve are attached.
3.
Loose the connection (A) between the
piston and the drilling gear with a 24 mm
wrench.
4.
Remove the screws (A) at the upper side of
the guidance bars.
Remove the connection piece (B) and the
cylinder(C).
