Cleaning and Care
Before cleaning
Cleaning the detergent drawer
Cleaning the machine
Cleaning the filter
Ensure the machine is unplugged and the water
supply has been turned off in order to avoid electric
shock and water damage.
It is important to clean the detergent distribution drawer regularly.
Pull out the draw gently until it is completely removed and clean
with water. Replace the draw gently after cleaning.
Use a soft damp cloth with soap and water to clean the outside of
the machine and its rubber components. Do not use corrosive
chemicals or bleach as these may damage the outside of the
machine.
It is important that the filter is cleaned at least once a
month.
1. Place a towel on the floor around the filter area.
2. Open the bottom cover.
3. Remove the filter by turning anti clockwise
4. Rinse the filter with running water.
5. Replace the filter by inserting and turning
clockwise.
6. Replace the cover.
Caution:
When the filter is removed, first place a towel under the
filter area as excess water will leak from the machine.
This is normal and does not indicate a problem with the
machine.
