The welding machine is delivered complete and does not require assembly. The set also includes adapters in sizes 16/20/25/32/40/50
/ 63mm as well as a screw and a wrench for their assembly.
WORKPLACE
In order to ensure work safety, adequate lighting should be provided and the workplace should be kept clean. Do not use the device in
an environment with an increased risk of explosion, in the vicinity of flammable liquids, gases or vapors. During work, use appropria-
te personal protective equipment and avoid working when tired. Provide adequate ventilation in the workplace to prevent inhalation
of harmful vapors generated during work. Do not expose the device to rainfall.
USE OF THE DEVICE
Before starting work, make sure that the device is free from defects and faults, that the power cable is not damaged or broken. In
the event of detecting any fault, do not continue work and send the device to an authorized service center. Make sure that the electric
plug fits into the socket outlet. Avoid contact of the power cord with heat, oil, sharp edges and moving parts. Damage to the power
cord increases the risk of electric shock. Use the correct tool for the job and avoid overloading it. Before starting work, the workplace
should be properly prepared.
Installing adapters
The size of the adapters should be selected according to the diameter of the pipes to be welded. It is forbidden to mount more than
one adapter diameter at the same time. Make sure that the surface of the heating head and adapters are not dirty, which may reduce
the contact area and impair the correct operation of the device and make the adapters underheat to the required temperature. Use
the screw to firmly screw the adapters on both sides of the heating head. The place of installation of the adapters should be selected,
starting from the end of the heating head, so that the edge of the adapters does not protrude beyond its surface. Adapters may only
be changed after the device has cooled down completely. Do not submerge or pour water over the welding device to cool it down, as
this may lead to electric shock. Before replacing the adapters, disconnect the welding machine from the power supply.
