Time respectively environmental temperature display
When using the thermometer for the first time, or after a battery exchange,
you will first have to set the time. After that the environmental temperature
measuring mode is activated.
Setting time
Open the battery compartment by pressing a
pointed article on the button on the battery
compartment and pull away the compartment
cover. After that please press the button for
time input until the display for hours blinks. The
hours are set by pressing the power/scan
button repeatedly (until the desired setting for
hours is achieved). By pressing the time input
button once you switch from setting the hours
to setting the minutes. When the display for
minutes blinks proceed exactly as above
described for setting the hours. Once time is
set, please press the time input button one
time to finish.
Modes of display
There are two different options for display. One
shows time and environmental temperature
(the display switches between time and
environmental temperature; see picture), the
other informs you about body temperature
(body temperature is displayed; see picture).
