1.2 Software installation for 3D equipment
The software is already pre installed on the computer. If it is necessary to
install the complete new system there is a special manual available. Please
see also our homepage.

Updates of software are always assigned to databases. The databases and SSENCE Basic
software are protected by Sentinel Hard Lock. That means your software will not work without the
attached dongle. Usually the dongle is in a USB port in front of the computer (with a red LED). To
avoid a loss of that device we recommend to set the dongle on the backside and printer in the front.

If not, plug the hard lock in a USB port on front (or back) side of the computer

If the red LED lights, everything is OK. Don't unplug the dongle while running; otherwise you can
not access the database anymore.

Windows 7 Ultimate Operating system.
The OS is pre-installed in the factory. for system recovery
the license is delivered as CD. SSENCE uses Windows 7
Ultimate 32-Bit.
In any case, if you must replace software or operating system contact
Hofmann Megaplan.
