Strawberry ice cream
Ingredients
Fresh strawberries: 85 g
Milk: 55 ml
Whipping cream: 40 ml
White sugar: 20 g
Important:
Place the freeze cup in the freezer for at
least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
How to prepare:
Mash the strawberries.
Stir light cream until it has a sticky
consistency.
Mixing the mashed strawberries, milk,
light cream and sugar. Then put in the
refrigerator and cool to 5-10°C.
Turn on the appliance and place the mixed
ingredients in it.
Chocolate ice cream
Ingredients:
Chocolate: 20 g
Milk: 105 ml
Whipping cream: 55 ml
White sugar: 20 g
Important:
Place the freeze cup in the freezer for at
least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
How to prepare:
Heat up milk and sugar. Put in the
chocolate to melt.
Stir light cream until it has a sticky
consistency.
Mix all the ingredients. Then put in the
refrigerator and cool to 5-10°C.
Turn on the appliance and place the mixed
ingredients in it.
