Place the drive unit with the lid on the cups and lock the drive unit by turning the knob
to the closed padlock position.

Switch the appliance on by moving the power switch I/O to I position.

PREVENT THE MIXTURE FROM IMMEDIATELY FREEZING INSIDE THE CUP.

Pour the ice cream or sorbet mixture into the freeze cup through the opening.
