Adzuki bean ice cream
Ingredients:
Adzuki bean: 50 g
Milk: 85 ml
Whipping cream: 45 ml
White sugar: 20 g
Important:
Place the freeze cup in the freezer for at
least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
How to prepare:
Mash the adzuki bean. Then mix it with
milk and sugar.
Stir light cream until it has a sticky
consistency.
Mix all the ingredients. Then put in the
refrigerator and cool to 5-10°C.
Turn on the appliance and place the mixed
ingredients in it.
Yoghurt ice cream
Ingredients:
Yoghurt: 95 ml
Whipping cream: 40 ml
White sugar: 25 g
Strawberry juice: 30 ml
Lemon juice: 10 ml
Important:

least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
How to prepare:
