1. Make sure there is enough water in the reservoir. If not, go to section 7.2 FILLING
THE WATER RESERVOIR.
2. In order to moisten the fabric that is being ironed, press the spray button several
times. Water will come out of the spray nozzle at the front of the iron.
7.7 STEAM BURST FUNCTION
The steam burst function is useful for removing creases on hanging clothes,
curtains etc. This function may also be used when dry ironing.
CAUTION! Never direct the steam at people!
1. Make sure there is enough water in the water reservoir. If not, go to section
7.2 FILLING THE WATER RESERVOIR .
2. Place the iron upright.
3. The temperature control knob should be set at least to silk wool .
4. Connect the power cord plug to a grounded power outlet.
5. The indicator light will turn on. It will go out when the iron reaches the
desired temperature.
6. Aim the soleplate at the fabric and press the steam burst button.
7.8 STEAM IRONING
1. Make sure there is enough water in the water reservoir. If not, go to section
7.2 FILLING THE WATER RESERVOIR.
2. Place the iron upright.
3. The temperature control knob should be set at least to wool .
4. Set the steam burst control to one of the three selectable steam power settings.
5. Connect the power cord plug to a grounded power outlet.
6. The indicator light will turn on. It will go out when the iron has reached the
desired temperature.
7. The iron will emit steam only when it is in a horizontal position.
8. After you have finished steam ironing, move the steam burst control to the
(no steam) position.
