• Sausages should be previously punctured to avoid burst.
• Season the meat with salt after being grilled, to be more succulent.
• For best results, the pieces of meat should not be very thick (approximately
1,5 cm).
•
For grilling fish, remove as much water as possible with a paper towel.
•
Brush the fish with oil or alimentary fat to avoid sticking to the grid (E).
Alternatively, wrap it in a sheet of aluminium foil.
•
For more flavourful grills, place the meat or fish to marinate about 2 hours
before cooking.
