Identify the Right Pedal (36) (as picture 3)
1.Assembly the pedal bandage as picture 3-A ,3-B,3-C
2. Using an adjustable wrench, firmly tighten the Right
Pedal (36) clockwise into the right arm of the Crank (39)
3. Tighten the Left Pedal counter-clockwise into the
Left arm of the Crank.
Assembly the seat (Picture 4)
Unscrew the screw nut and washer from the seat
1 . Attach the Seat (29) to the seat post (31) with three Locknut, three split washers, three large washers.
2. To make the seat support set (30) get stuck into seat support tube ,using seat knob (33) through OD20*ID8.5*2.0 flat washer (23)
and seat support tube and seat support set, tighten them with M8*1.25*6.35 screw nut (54).(as picture 4-A)
3. Unscrew the seat tube knob (28) ,then insert the seat tube set (31) with seat (29) into the tube which preassembly in the main
Frame, and adjust the comfortable height, screw the seat tube knob tightly.
