5. Connection of the pedal tube and pedal (pic 5)
Assembly of the left pedal and right pedal: Put the left pedal and right pedal (40,76) on the pedal fixed
piece of the left pedal tube and right pedal tube (41,75), aim at the holes, fasten them with the carriage
screw M10*58 (39), arc washer M10 (81)and nylon cap M10*6.35T (subtence14) (32).
Assembly of the left and right pedal tube set: take off the screw M8*20 (42), screw M8*20 (7), spring
washer M8*2.0T (8),flat washer OD38*ID8.5*2.0T (18)and D shape washer (19) which are pre-assembled
on the pedal tube axle. Then cover the left and right pedal tube set (41,75) to the pedal tube axle, fasten
them with the screws and washers which are took off before.
Take off the screw M10*76 (30), flat washer OD20*ID10.5*2.0T (31) and nylon cap M10*6.35T
(subtnece14) (32) Which are pre-assembled on the pedal tube (The lower handle bar axle housing tube (77)
has been assembled into the lower handle bar axle, cut it off with a knife). Then block lower handle bar set

780)which with lower handle bar axle housing tube (77) to the U shape piece of the pedal tube set,
aim the holes, fasten them with the screws,washers and nylon cap which are took off before.
(Remark: The connection of the left is the same as the right.)
