STEP 4. Connection of the lower handle bar (pic 4)
Take down the D shaper washer (19), flat washer OD38*ID8.5*2.0T (18),spring washer M8*2.0T (8),screw
M8*20 (7)which are pre-assembled on the handle bar axle.
Then cover the left lower handle bar (21) to the handle axle, finally fasten them with the screw, washer
which have been taken off before. (The assembly of the right lower handle bar (80) is the same as the left
lower handle bar)
