Open the seat tube adjustment quick release
buckle in the direction shown in the picture.
Insert the seat tube and adjust to the proper height.
Fasten the quick release buckle in the direction
shown in the picture.
Note: If the buckle is too tight or too loose, please
adjust the screw at "1" appropriately.
