Check state of the lens.
Check all cavities and covers for cleanliness.
Check all those connections for damage.
Examine laser system air filters for visual sign of blockage.
Estimated Time: 15 minutes
Monthly (authorized personnel only)
All the above.
Clean the focal lenses.
Estimated Time: 30 minutes
Quarterly (authorized personnel)
All the above.
Clean the air filters.
Visually inspect optical components for any contamination.
Estimated Time: 2 hours
Annually (personnel for HITACHI of its distributor)
All the above.
Replace the cabinet air filters.
Inspect the laser beam deflection mirrors and replace them if required.
Check the power delivered by the laser (adjust the power limits if necessary).
Inspect electronic components.
Estimated Time: 3 hours
Biannually (HITACHI personnel)
All the above.
Cleaning the optical components of the laser (mirrors, beam lenses, etc.)
Estimated Time: 3.5 hours.
