(7) Using a jig saw, make an opening where the focus lens will be inserted.
(8) Polish the edges of the opening.
In order to have access to the marking area, a hinge should be mounted between this cover and the rear
cover. In this case, it is necessary to use a safety interlock switch to disable the laser when the cover is
opened.
MAKING THE RIGHT SIDE
Steps to follow:
(1) Take measurements from the right side of the protective casing.
(2) Using a jig saw, cut a piece Polycarbonate/ aluminium to the above measurements.
(3) Cut an opening in accordance with the dimensions of the products to be marked.
(4) Polish the edges of this piece with a polisher.
This side should be attached to the metal support with screws.
MAKING THE LEFT SIDE
Follow the same steps set forth in the previous paragraph.
Make an opening to attach the fume vent.
Attach this side the in the same way as the right side.
MAKING REAR COVER
Steps to follow:
(1) Take measurements for the rear cover.
(2) Cut a piece of black anodized aluminium to the above measurements.
(3) Polish the edges of this piece with a polisher.
(4) Attach this cover on the metal reinforcement in the same way as the two protective sides.
(5) Insert the black anodized aluminum plate.
