7. Wiring diagram
Wiring diagram 1 (C9SM/C9X/C9XM)
Wiring ballast power source board
(1) Connect CNBAR.
(2) Install FEB2.
(3) Wire CNBAR and #6800.
Wiring the circuit power source/ballast power source boards, and the control main board (When assembling board sub-assembly)
Wiring circuit power source board
(1) Connect TSW .
(2) Connect CNPOW.
(3) Connect CNPWR, and install FEB1.
Confirm that CN102 and CN103 are securely connected.
(This
cannot be confirmed downstream.)

Completely lock when connecting
CNPWR connector to CN101.

Install FEB1 (ferrite core) to CNPWR.
Completely lock the tabs when installing FEB1.
As shown in the drawing below, secure to CNPWR with Z1
(tie band). (Always cut off Z1 extra length, leaving 2~3mm.)

The bending length shall be
55±5mm.

Follow there instructions to keep
adequate distance for insulation
between the primary and the
secondary side.
•Route #6800 and CNBAR
through the cutaway hole
in the sheet before installing
ballast. (Routing under the
sheet is difficult after installing
the ballast power source.)
•Lay #6800 and CNBAR to
eliminate sag.
•Route #6800 and CNBAR
between the sheet and case,
through the fastener, and lock
them.

* The FEB2 style shall be as shown below.
* Orient the FEB2 protrusion inward.
* Keep the lamp lead extra length to a minimum.

Confirm that CNBAR is securely
connected to CN2.
(This cannot be confirmed downstream.)
