Help with problems

Failure

- Press any key

- Check the power supply

- Check the mains fuse

- Change the QPSK-receiver.

- An alarm was triggered. Check in the history which

alarm is active. Solve the problem or change the

alarm threshold.

- An existing Ethernet connection was interrupted.

Restore the connection.

- Change the QPSK-receiver.

LED ”OUT” is dark

- Check the input signal (frequency,

level, C/N etc.) at the monitoring output

- Check following settings:

- Input frequency

- Symbol rate

- LNC

- LNC 22 kHz

- PLL source
- PID
- Protocol

- Restore the factory settings with “Preset” and

reconfigure the device.
