Configuring RS-485
Purpose:
The RS-485 serial port is used to control the PTZ of the camera. The configuring of
the PTZ parameters should be done before you control the PTZ unit.
Steps:
1.
Enter RS-485 Port Setting interface:
Configuration
>
Advanced Configuration
>
System
>
RS485

2.
Set the RS-485 parameters and click
to save the settings.
The Baudrate, PTZ Protocol and PTZ Address parameters of the speed dome
should be exactly the same as those of the control device.

Configuring Supplement Light
Steps:
1.
Enter the interface of configuring the remote connection:
Configuration> Advanced Configuration> System > Service
2.
Check the checkbox to enable the supplement light function, and then the light
will be turned on automatically when the illumination is not enough for the video
monitoring.
3.
Click the
button to activate the settings.
