Highland Ridge has empowered its dealers to make warranty and repair decisions.
If a special circumstance occurs that requires information from Highland Ridge, we have
asked your dealer’s service management to make the contact on your behalf. This is why you
should always talk to your dealer’s service management first.

Ridge are not covered by the Highland Ridge Limited Warranty. The special body company,
assembler, equipment installer or upfitter is solely responsible for warranties on the body
or equipment and any alterations (or any effect of the alterations) to any of the parts,
components, systems or assemblies installed by Highland Ridge. Highland Ridge is not
responsible for the safety or quality of design features, materials or workmanship of any
alterations by such suppliers.
