Responsibility for paid service
(Done at customer’s cost)
Fixing the following will require payment even if done during free repair period
- Product damage due to inserting foreign substances or materials (water, drinks, coffee, toys etc)
- Product damage caused by dropping or giving a shock which led to damage of the product’s functions
- Product’s appearance damaged or changed due to organic solvent such as acetone, benzene, etc
- Product damage due to the use of the product parts or power supply not provided by HGM
- Product damage due to oversupply of power of operating voltage
- Product parts being lost or damaged due to voluntary disassembly of the product
- Product damage due to someone other than the representative of the main office service center
trying to fix the product
- Product damage due to natural disaster (thunder, fire, flood, salt, earthquake, etc)
- Product damage due to customer neglecting warnings for product use from HGM manual
(these warnings for product use extend product’s life span)
- Product damage due to other mistakes made by the customer

To request a repair, one must hold on to and submit product
warranty with a purchase date to get a sufficient service.

Main parts retention period
All products’ main parts quality term of warranty is one year;
parts’ retention period is 5 years.
1. According to the quality warranty of the product, the one will receive
warrant benefits as stated in written guarantee.
2. Free warranty period is calculated from the moment of the purchase
of the product, so, please, fill in the purchase date
( if the purchase date is unknown, the product warranty is assumed to
last for three months starting from the year of manufacturing)
3. If domestic product is used for business (business activity, abnormal
environment use, etc), free warranty period is cut in half
(six month; main parts included)
4. This warrant will not be reissued
5. Warrant condition will apply according to the main contract when
supplied with the separate contract (public procurement, HOST,
single goods)
