It seems it is not possible to turn
on the product
- Check to see if product and adapter/outlet are properly connected
to each other.
- Plug in another product’s power cord to the outlet and observe.
If another product is not functioning, please, fix the outlet.
Power turns off automatically
- Check to see if product and adapter/outlet are properly connected
to each other. Fix the outlet if it is connected loosely.
- Plug in another product’s power cord to the outlet and observe.
If another product is not functioning, please, fix the outlet.
- Check if the adapter is overheated or has a burning smell.
Change the adapter if it is.
Product looks spotted.
- Turn the power off and change the film.
- Check to see if there are foreign materials or finger prints.
- With cotton gloves on, wash the spot out with soft cloth tapped
in water or industrial alcohol.
Light is flickering
- Check to see if product and adapter/outlet are properly connected
to each other.
- Check adapter and see if the cables are properly connected.
Looks like the color is fading
Illumination is not uniform
- Turn off the power and check to see if the area where the product
is installed is flat.
- Installing product in not flat area may result in light leaking due to
twisting the product or LED being not properly connected.
Please, install product on the flat surface.

- there is a burning smell or smoke
- a foreign material or water is inside the product
- only a half of the product emits the light
