Description
BATTERY UNDER VOLTAGE /
BATTERY OVER VOLTAGE
The DC supply has fallen below
or risen above the low/high volts
setting level.
CHARGE FAILURE
The auxiliary charge alternator
voltage is low as measured from
the W/L terminal.
ENGINE HIGH TEMPERATURE
The module detects that the engine
coolant temperature has exceeded
the high engine temperature pre-
alarm setting level after the “Safety
On” timer has expired.
LOW FUEL LEVEL
The level detected by the fuel level
sensor is below the low fuel level
setting.
LOW OIL PRESSURE
The module detects that the engine
oil pressure has fallen below the
low oil pressure pre-alarm setting
level after the “Safety On” timer
has expired.
MAGNETIC PICKUP FAILURE
There is no magnetic pickup on
this generator, if this is displayed
the module is not con
fi
gured
correctly.
OVERSPEED
The engine speed has risen above
the over speed pre-alarm setting.
UNDERSPEED
The engine speed has fallen below
the under speed pre-alarm setting
GENERATOR OVER VOLTAGE
The generator output voltage has
risen above the pre-set pre-alarm
setting.
GENERATOR UNDER VOLTAGE
The generator output voltage has
fallen below the pre-set pre-alarm
setting after the Safety On timer
has expired.
GENERATOR OVER
FREQUENCY
The generator output frequency
has risen above the pre-set pre-
alarm setting.
GENERATOR UNDER
FREQUENCY
The generator output frequency
has fallen below the pre-set pre-
alarm setting after the Safety On
timer has expired.
INTERNAL MEMORY ERROR
Either the con
fi

condition that indicates that the
engine is running when it has been
instructed to stop.
NOTE: ‘Fail to Stop’ could indicate
a faulty oil pressure sensor – If
engine is at rest check oil sensor
wiring and con
fi
guration.
When the generator is in Manual or Off states the
display shows the warning “Set not in Auto”.
Phase Selection Switch
This is a two way switch.
To select single phase move
the switch to the 1 Phase
position.This will enable power
output to be taken from the
110V and 230V Sockets. To
select three phase move the
switch to the 3 Phase position.
This will enable power output to be taken from the
400V socket and terminals.
USB Controller Programme Socket
This USB connection can be used to
install and modify the DSE4510
generator control module programme.
