Loosely secure the top of the faceplate

The
Aluminum Mold Ring only used for packaging
protec�on. Please take it off.
Center the handlebar and adjust the direc�on,
Make sure the handlebar is centered on the stem.
Use the wrench to �ghten the screw and fix the
handlebar stem in place. Check it again to make
sure the handlebar stem is in line with the toptube,
then use the wrench to �ghten the screw and fix the
handlebar stem in place.
Insert the handle bar into the fork locknut to the
desired height. Place the handlebar on the stem
correctly.
Assembly
Ensure the front wheel and quick release lever
are properly secured before moving on to the
next step
Line up the fork with the axle at the center of
the wheel. Make sure there's a spacer between
the fork and wheel on each side.The disc brake
is on the le�.
Hold the nut on one side and �ghten the nut
on the other side of the wheel onto the fork.
Locate the quick release lever. Open the lever and
remove the thumb nut and cone spring (opposite the
lever). Remove the quick release skewer from the
plate, keeping the washer and other cone spring in
place on the lever side
Note:
Closing the quick release lever should require enough pressure that it leaves an imprint in
your hand. If it’s too easy or too difficult to close, adjust the lever tension by turning the adjustment
nut opposite the quick release lever.
