onnected to the power ,the machine didn’t start running.
1.Check whether the power switch is turned on;
2.Check the operater is correct;
3. Check whether the power is adequate.
Hanging at the boot screen.
1.The hard disk has physical damage;
2.The system guide is un-normal.
Starting very slow.
The error of hard disk can cause the mainboard check the hard disk repeatedly ,so the satrting is very slow
Host restart repeatedly.
1.Please check the host power supply ,if connect lots of hard disks ,there may be appear power insufficient ,and cause the host restart repeatedly;
2.Please unplug the network cable ,and check whether the machine run normally ,the existence of serious network failure may cause the host
restart repeatedly .
When view the video or playback the recording normally ,the machine hang.
1.Check whether the connection of the hard disk ,and replace the failure hard disk timely ;
2.Check whether the temperature is too high;
3.Check whether there have heavy current device ,the impact of heavy current will crash the video cable ,and cause the host cannot work.
