8. WArrANtY CONDItIONS:
- the manufacturer has determined a 6-years’ warranty period for the product entered in
this warranty certificate.
- the warranty period for consumption parts (pearlator, flexible tube, shower) is 6 months.
- the warranty period starts from the day of retail sale of the product, or from the day of
the technical approval of the building, respectively.
- the product will operate faultlessly during the warranty period, provided the enclosed
instructions are taken into account.
- Should the product not operate properly, our service expert will take care of making good
any deficiencies and faults on the products at his expense upon the holder’s request during
the warranty period. the term expense comprises spare parts necessary for the repair, the
work connected to it as well as the product conveyance, or transportation, respectively. the
latter cost amount can only be acknowledged in accordance with the valid railway or mail
price-list.
- the product will be repaired by the service workshop in no more than 45 days. the
warranty period extends for the repair period. Should the repair not be performed within
the above stated period, the manufacturer will replace the product with a new one upon
your request.
- the manufacturer will provide for spare parts and repair services for at least 3 years after
the end of the warranty period. Should this not be the case, the valid invoice shall be
presented obligatorily.
- When putting warranty into force, the confirmed warranty certificate or invoice shall be
presented. A non-confirmed warranty certificate can only be accepted when accompanied
by a corresponding invoice.
9. tHE WArrANtY DOES NOt APPLY:
- for damages and defects caused by mechanical blows under the customer’s responsibility;
- for damages and faults resulting from unskilled and careless handling of the product,
- if the customer does not take into account the conditions stated in the enclosed
instructions for the product installation, operation and maintenance,
- in case that an inexpert person has manipulated the product, or non-original parts have
been installed in it.

NOtE
this product has left our factory complete and in a faultless condition. For damages
connected to transportation please contact the transport company. In cases of other claims,
please attach the warranty certificate.
